I graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2024 and currently work as an NHS Musculoskeletal (MSK) Outpatient Physiotherapist.
I assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and have a particular interest in helping people recover from injury, manage persistent pain and regain confidence in their movement. My approach combines individually tailored, evidence-based exercise rehabilitation with hands-on treatment where appropriate, including manual therapy, joint mobilisation and soft tissue techniques.
I also have experience in balance and falls prevention, pre-operative preparation and post-operative rehabilitation. I am passionate about providing friendly, patient-centred care in the comfort of each person's home, supporting them to improve their mobility, independence and confidence and return to the activities that matter most to them.
