Physiotherapy that comes to you

When pain, reduced mobility, illness or surgery makes travelling difficult, receiving physiotherapy at home can make rehabilitation much easier.

Your physiotherapist can assess you in the environment where you actually live and move. This means treatment can be focused on the activities that matter to you — whether that’s getting out of bed independently, managing your stairs, walking outside again or returning to everyday activities.

Where appropriate, we aim to provide continuity with the same physiotherapist throughout your rehabilitation.

Convenient

No travelling, parking or clinic waiting rooms.

Personal

Rehabilitation built around your goals and your home environment.

Practical

Work on real activities including walking, stairs, transfers and everyday mobility.

Getting started is simple

1

Tell us what you need

Complete the short form or call our team and tell us briefly about the support you're looking for.

2

We find the right physiotherapist

We'll consider your location and rehabilitation needs and arrange a suitable physiotherapist.

3

Your physiotherapist visits you

Your first appointment includes assessment, discussion of your goals and an individual treatment and rehabilitation plan.

4

Work towards your goals

Where further treatment is appropriate, your physiotherapist will work with you towards better mobility, confidence and independence.

Helping people regain movement, confidence and independence

Older Adults

Support with mobility, weakness, balance, falls, confidence and maintaining independence at home.

After Surgery or Hospital

Structured rehabilitation following joint replacement, surgery, illness or a period of reduced mobility.

Neurological & Complex Rehabilitation

Individual rehabilitation for people whose neurological or long-term health conditions affect their mobility and everyday function.

Not sure which service you need? That’s completely fine. Tell us what’s happening and we’ll help determine the most appropriate next step.

What our patients and families say

“Rob is very professional and knowledgeable, really helped my husband (84) who was hospitalised for over 4 weeks and didn't get out of bed. He's got him up and running (not quite!). Hoping to move from the zimmer frame to the walking stick very soon. Would highly recommend, thank you Rob.”
